4life, I cannot see a reason or a way for the script to be embeded into an email.

Howdy Doody, yes it has a word filter, you can add/remove words that should be replaced with a string like this: ***

Jessica, if you missed the email with the download link then you probably have email filters, send me an email or use the live chat on site when available.

Hi Adrian, I didn't think you would answer - or so fast ! I do have one question: Is there the option to start with the comment panel already open ? I think if people see the panel already open they will be much more likely to use it.
