This policy covers how we handle refund requests on our website.

We can only offer refunds if:

• product ordered has some serious issues that cannot be fixed in a timely manner
• product was significantly not as described
• product was not delivered within 24 hours (this should be instant)
• we have strong reasons to beilive that the order was not placed by the beneficiarry of the credit card or PayPal account
