Shawn, a pop-up window that contains the comments script can be customized by comment's CSS file. A link to comments pop-up cannot show total comments unless you make a separate script that loads the comments for that ID and counts the comments in it.

Cool! I assume I can customize the look of that popup window? One more question - will the comments link show the number of comments posted so far (e.g., the link might read "5 Comments") -Thanks!

Yes Shawn, that will work. Include the comments inside a file and have that file opened in a pop-up.

Can I have the comments show in a new popup window? In other words, I have a page called article1.php. At the bottom of that page is a link to comments. Click the comments link, and the comments related to article1.php appear in a new window. Same for article2.php, article 3, and so on. ?
