Hello, to approve comments before going live is not possible with default script, you will have to modify it for this. To translate it to another language all you should do is change text inside the files like comments_html.php where it has text like "wrong image code", "error", "comment posted", etc.

Hi What if I want to : -localize the text in another language -being able to moderate comments before publishing them ?

Yes, the comments are search engine friendly, to make a test go to Google and type this including the quotes:
"Thanks Adrian. I will def. buy."
And you will see this comments page in the results, because google indexed the comments.
